It’s that time of year again, the Symantec Enterprise Security BU is now accepting applications to participate in the Symantec Brightmail Gateway 9.0 Beta program.
Last year, the 8.0 beta program was a huge success.
We got some great feedback and the participants got early exposure to the new levels of protection as well as some cool spot prizes here and there.

This 9.0 release includes:

  • Integrated Content Encryption
  • New LDAP Directory Integration.
  • Probe Network Participation
  • Real Time Updates
  • DKIM
  • SMTP Authentication
  • New Spam Quarantine architecture

Quality is one of the key Symantec deliverables and we strive to deliver a first class product with every release. So we want to get as much customer feedback as possible before we ship.
By participating in this beta program, you can help to ensure this release is as successful as possible.

There is a short 15 minute webcast which explains a little more about the new features, the prerequisites for participating in this program and some guidelines for deployment.
